Established in 2002 and based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Nicky Thornley Personal Training has expanded to cover the whole of the North East Region.
Nicky specialises in 1 to 1 personal training either at your own home or anywhere else in between. Whether its at your home, place of work, local field or in a gym, we can accommodate to suit your needs.
It is our guarantee that through our comprehensive tailor built training programs, we can make you feel better both inside and out.
Any increase in stress levels can cause long term health problems. We can set up a dedicated exercise program that will help you to de-stress after a tough day at work.
